By accessing or using Legal Facts, you agree to these Terms.

If you use Legal Facts on behalf of a firm, company, professional practice, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

We are not a law firm, medical provider, referral service guaranteeing representation, attorney disciplinary authority, court, government agency, insurer, or professional licensing body. We do not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, or professional advice.

No attorney-client relationship, doctor-patient relationship, fiduciary relationship, confidential relationship, or professional engagement is created by using Legal Facts, viewing a profile, receiving a match, interacting with AI tools, sending a message, requesting a consultation, or using scheduling features. Any professional relationship must be formed directly between you and the selected professional under that professional's own engagement terms.

Legal Facts may use publicly available data, court records, bar records, licensing records, professional websites, user submissions, third-party data sources, and AI-assisted analysis to generate profiles, summaries, comparisons, indicators, rankings, badges, scores, insights, and search results.

AI-assisted outputs are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased by source availability, or inappropriate for a particular use. Scores and profile indicators are not guarantees of skill, quality, availability, ethics, licensing status, case outcome, medical outcome, referral suitability, or future performance.

You are solely responsible for independently verifying any professional's license status, disciplinary history, insurance, experience, fees, conflicts, availability, qualifications, and suitability before hiring, referring, retaining, consulting, or relying on that professional.

You agree to provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully, respect the rights of others, protect account credentials, and avoid submitting confidential, privileged, sensitive, or legally protected information unless you understand and accept the risks of doing so.

You may not scrape, copy, resell, reverse engineer, overload, interfere with, misuse, impersonate others, submit false information, manipulate scores, attack the platform, upload malicious code, violate privacy rights, or use Legal Facts for unlawful, discriminatory, deceptive, harassing, defamatory, or abusive purposes.

Professionals may be listed based on public information or third-party sources even if they have not claimed a profile. A claimed profile does not mean Legal Facts endorses, guarantees, certifies, or verifies every statement made by the professional. Professionals are responsible for keeping claimed profile information accurate, lawful, non-misleading, and compliant with professional advertising and ethics rules.

We may edit, reject, remove, suspend, or label content that appears inaccurate, unsupported, promotional, unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or inconsistent with our platform standards. We may also maintain public record information, historical indicators, or verification notes where legally permissible and relevant to platform integrity.

Legal Facts may provide messaging, intake, AI receptionist, scheduling, and referral workflow tools. These tools are administrative and informational. They do not guarantee that a professional will respond, accept a matter, provide services, meet a deadline, preserve a claim, or achieve any outcome.

Legal Facts, including our name, branding, design, interface, data presentation, scorecard format, AI workflows, software, content, compilations, and methodology, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or commercially exploit platform content except as expressly allowed by us.

If you submit content, you grant Legal Facts a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, display, modify, analyze, distribute, and create derivative works from that content for operating, improving, marketing, and protecting the platform, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Legal Facts is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, security, and error-free operation.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Legal Facts and its affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, your content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, your professional services, your disputes with other users or professionals, or your misuse of AI-assisted or public data.

We may update, suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Legal Facts or any feature at any time. We may modify these Terms from time to time, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Any dispute arising from Legal Facts should first be addressed through good-faith informal resolution.
