Steven Mark Rubin

Steven M. Rubin dedicates his career to promoting the rights of individuals in the workplace. Many of his cases involve FMLA, medical disability leave, and pregnancy leave and discrimination. He regularly litigates sexual harassment cases, often with early and beneficial results. Age, race, and ethnicity harassment and discrimination cases make up a significant part of his practice. He recently brought a defamation and interference with prospective economic case to verdict in Los Angeles Superior Court.
